INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup water
1 pound ripe apricots, pitted and roughly chopped
3/4 cup whole-milk yogurt
1/4 cup plain almond milk,
plus more to get desired consistency


2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1/2 cup ice cubes
Pinch cinnamon, plus more to garnish
Raw honey to taste

Directions

  1. Step
    Place the apricots in an upright blender along with remaining ingredients (except honey) and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Step
    Add honey to taste and extra almond milk, if needed, and blend again
  3. Step
    Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
